Mt. Agementicus Overlook Bouldering

About the area: First of all, this isn't a bouldering area. I went and checked it out because I remembered there being some rock there. There is certainally rock tall enough to climb on. Not a ton of it. Most of the rock I've pictured here. If you go here, you'll need some creativity and a wire brush. Whatever you do will probably be a first ascent. It's kind of trashy too, there's many years of broken glass on the trail down, and a few other random things that have fallen victim to gravity (old bikes, etc.). The rocks are pictured climbers left to right.

Update: I got an email saying that "all the problems have been done here" or something to that effect.

Directions: From York, go North on Route 1 and take a left on Mountain Rd. Follow this for about 7 miles. Just after you pass the Mt. Agementicus Park (summit road) keep going and the road turns to dirt. About 1/4 past the summit road you'll see the overlook on your left (pictured above).

other side of the rock picturedd to the right.

This rock is on your left as you come down the trail. It's pretty tall, but looks like you could climb the face via a criss cross pattern of seams and cracks.

A nice looking problem ascends the arete above the big roof. It has a bad landing though.

Another rock is beyond this last one pictured. Looks like you could get a few boulder problems up it. It would certainally need some cleaning though.
